The Enterprise Account Manager drives the full sales cycle within U.S. Federal Civilian agencies with critical IT security needs. You will identify and engage key stakeholders across assigned agencies and Federal Systems Integrators. You’ll develop a deep understanding of their security challenges and demonstrate how Delinea’s solutions can strengthen their IT security.

The Select (Majors) Account sales team are responsible for revenue growth in the new and existing customers that represent the largest prospective Enterprise accounts for Samsara by total addressable opportunity. You should be an energetic evangelist and passionate about introducing a transformative new technology into the market. You should have a history of over-achievement and be comfortable selling into all levels of an Enterprise organisation.

Support our growth and play an active role in our company development in Nordics and Benelux Region. The main goal of this position is to develop repetitive and stable sales in specific industry/geography by establishing and maintaining contact with customers - market leaders and smaller players in such industries as machine building, robotics, automotive electronics etc. Achieve individual sales targets with assigned pools of English and Swedish, Danish, Norvegian speaking customers.

Your primary focus will be increasing Net Revenue Retention to 115%+ across a high-value portfolio, overseeing $3M+ in Annual Recurring Revenue. You'll lead conversations that go beyond usage—rooted in outcomes, value realization, and forward-looking automation strategies.

The Account Manager will be responsible for the management and success of one of Coates’ key US-based, QSR accounts, overseeing and developing account management for an increasing number of projects. You will work closely with the client, Account Lead(s) and all of Coates’ functional business units to achieve critical operational and commercial performance objectives for Coates and for the client.

Build trusted, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders by deeply understanding each customer’s business goals, challenges, and opportunities. Identify and execute on expansion opportunities that create mutual value, while monitoring account health and proactively addressing risks to retention. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to advocate for customer needs.

Produce new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model through account planning, territory planning, and business development strategies. Complete field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects and existing ServiceNow customers. Develop relationships with key team members and c-suite personas across state agencies, city and county government. Oversee client relationship mapping, orchestrating an account strategy while leading across a broad virtual team. Be a trusted advisor to customers.

Lead the Client Success team, overseeing approximately 8-10 Client Success Managers ensuring they are equipped to build strong client relationships, drive renewals, manage contracts, and identify upsell opportunities. Responsibilities also include management of client profitability in partnership with the Finance Team. The ideal candidate can enhance client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth, while fostering a collaborative team culture.
